CIFA designs, supplies, and performs on-site construction of pharmaceutical facilities. We are specialized in clean utilities, but we can also take care of black utilities and other processing systems. As a construction company with own engineering staff, we can provide turn-key solutions, either in projects involving new facilities or in expansion or revamping projects. CIFA works under quality system, conducts good documentation practices, and has qualified staff for executing on-site construction services.

Each pharmaceutical laboratory has its own needs, and this requires from supplier capacity to adapt and respond to challenging situations. As for purified water systems and water for injections, pure steam networks and critical facilities in general, CIFA has more than 20 years of experience. Our facilities, being aware that they are highly important for daily production, have a robust, fully sanitary and optimized design, seeking maximum simplicity, with low levels of intervention and maintenance costs.

UPGRADE AND REVAMPING OF INSTALLATIONS
The upgrade and revamping of equipment and/or facilities in the pharmaceutical industry can be driven by several reasons: changes in the regulatory framework, needs of expanding capacities, appearance of new technologies, obsolescence, optimization of production costs… CIFA’s personnel receives continuous training on fields such as regulatory, industry trends and new technologies.
