PB VH2O2 Biodecontamination SAS
The Neopure PB VH202 bio-decontamination SAS consists of three extendable modules with 200, 300 and 650-litre chambers. It features three types of cycles: load decontamination, with air filtration (conventional SAS), and filter decontamination.
It is equipped with a decontamination system using the Oxyphist OTM system from Solidfog Technologies, a PLC control system and a Siemens touchscreen, with 21 CFR Part 11 software. A catalytic system is available as an option for rapid H2O2 extraction and/or degradation.

For aseptic areas, materials that cannot be sterilized by autoclave traditionally had to be manually disinfected with a cloth and a disinfectant before being transferred through a SAS to the processing area. This process is difficult to validate and does not provide any guarantee of correct application. With the PB VH202 SAS, this process can be carried out automatically and in a fully validated manner.
For biosafety areas, the PB VH202 SAS enables contaminated and reusable materials located in the containment area to be transferred outside the required surface bio-decontamination level, minimizing handling and ensuring reproducibility.

The PB VH202 material transfer SAS enables products to be transferred from an area with a higher classification to an area with a lower classification, following prior disinfection with nebulized or vaporized hydrogen peroxide.
