Point of use (POU) sterilizers
The Neopure point-of-use sterilizer is a self-contained, electric pure steam generator. The system features electric heating integrated into a 4-inch tube, automatic filling at the point of use, and high/low-level controls. For safety, the unit also incorporates a mechanical pressure gauge and a 6-bar safety valve.
The generator connects to the point of use via a hose suitable for the operating conditions, featuring ¾” ASME BPE sanitary clamp connections.
The E-POU-002 model is ergonomically mounted on a mobile cart, allowing the unit to be easily transported to the sampling location.

Point-of-use sterilizers allow for the sterilization of a specific point of use without the need to sterilize the associated loop (with all that entails), while offering greater assurance regarding the final result.

(Material certifications and instrument calibration records are included in the equipment documentation). All equipment connections are of the following type: ASME BPE TC clamp ferrule (¾” or ½”).
The Neopure point-of-use sterilizer features a bead-blasted finish. The unit consists of a compact stainless steel electrical cabinet controlled by a touchscreen with an integrated PLC; it is capable of generating records compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 regarding data encryption, with data easily retrievable via a USB flash drive.
The integrated control system receives data on the pure steam generator's high and low levels, the control compressed air pressure switch, the sterilization temperature, and the chamber pressure; all data is displayed on the screen, and pressure and temperature values are logged over time.
The Neopure point-of-use sterilizer is supplied with an attachment tool for connecting to the point of use, which houses the temperature probe and the steam trap. This assembly is supplied for an ASME BPE ½–¾” connection; 1–1½” versions are also available upon request.
All installed valves are diaphragm-type to prevent contamination, and all connections utilize ASME BPE AISI-316L SFF1 PL sanitary clamp fittings.
