Pure steam sampling system
The Neopure pure steam sampler is designed to efficiently and safely obtain clean steam samples—using a cooler—for condensate quality analysis. The equipment is designed to maintain sample integrity.
The CCS-003 model is ergonomically mounted on a mobile cart, allowing the unit to be easily transported to the sampling location.
The steam sampler includes a data logger to record the sampling process and ensure regulatory compliance.

(Material certification and instrument calibration records are included in the equipment documentation). All equipment connections are of the ASME BPE TC sanitary clamp type (¾” or ½”).
The Neopure steam sampler features a matte bead-blasted finish and is capable of condensing 150 ml in 3.5 minutes. The unit consists of an upper cabinet housing the sanitary heat exchanger and valve system, and a lower compartment containing the hermetic condensing unit and the control panel. The lower compartment features removable panels to facilitate maintenance access.
All installed valves are of the diaphragm type to prevent contamination, and all connections utilize ASME BPE AISI-316L SFF1 PL sanitary clamp fittings.
The Neopure steam sampler also includes a support for the sampling flask, equipped with an adapter for a capacitive level sensor, allowing the volume of condensed steam to be adjusted between 150 ml and one liter.
